websites for small businesses
A business website you do not have to manage.
I build the site, connect the domain, host it, keep the contact form working, and make routine changes when you need them.
Customers get one reliable place to see what you do, find the details they need, and contact you.
The domain stays in your name, and the finished site can move with you.

the service
You are paying for the finished site.
Cheap hosting usually gives you an account and a set of tools. I deliver the working business website.
I choose the layout, connect the domain, set up the form, test the mobile version, and launch it.
You explain the business. I handle the website work and remain the person you contact afterward.
from first call to launch
Three parts, one point of contact.
you make the business decisions. I handle the build
Send the business basics
You send the facts, photos, links, and contact details you already have. I sort them into a useful page.
I build and launch the site
I build the desktop and mobile layouts, connect the domain, set up the contact form, and put the site online.
Call me when it needs a change
I watch the site and form, keep backups, and handle the included monthly update.
standard plan
What the monthly plan covers.
Built around the business
The layout follows your services, location, photos, and the way customers actually contact you.
One direct contact
You work with the same person for the domain, hosting, forms, launch, and routine updates.
No WordPress maintenance
There are no themes, plugins, or page-builder updates for you to watch.
The site is portable
The domain stays in your account, your materials stay yours, and the finished site can move if you leave.
if you leave later
The domain stays yours. The website can move with you.
The domain stays in an account under your name. Your materials remain yours. Once the build is paid for, you may keep using the site after the monthly service ends.

before I start
You see the scope and price in writing.
I first confirm what the site needs. You receive the scope, agreement, and setup price before I begin.
questions I usually hear
Answers before you commit.
Why do you not use WordPress?
I build lightweight custom sites instead. That means there is no theme, plugin stack, or page-builder dashboard for you to maintain.
Can I edit the website myself?
The standard plan does not include a self-editing dashboard. Send routine changes directly to me. If you need to edit the site yourself, another platform may fit better.
Do I own the domain and website?
Yes. The domain should be registered in your name. Your logo, photos, text, and business information remain yours. Once the build is paid for, you may keep using the finished site.
Can I move the site if I cancel?
Yes. After any balance is paid, you can request a copy of the live site. I can also move it to hosting in your name for a quoted fee.
