2. Information collected
Contact Setup may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

- business descriptions, services, hours, service areas, domain ideas, links, project requirements, and messages;

- billing, invoice, and transaction information supplied through an applicable payment provider; and
- communications and approvals exchanged during an inquiry, project, or support request.

4. Mobile numbers and SMS information
Contact Setup sends informational and customer care text messages only after you actively enroll through the public Text Message Sign-up page or by texting START, YES, UNSTOP to 760-906-9006.
Entering a phone number on a general inquiry form does not enroll you in recurring text messages. Contact Setup does not use verbal consent as an enrollment method for this messaging program.
Messages may concern your Contact Setup website inquiry or active managed-website service, including a scheduled call, project status, approvals, billing, hosting or domain notices, and support.
Message frequency varies, generally up to 10 messages per month. An active project conversation may require additional replies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except aggregators, telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, and providers needed to operate the text-messaging service. Those providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to deliver messages, maintain the service, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Contact Setup may use service providers for hosting, domain registration, email, SMS delivery for Contact Setup service updates, payment processing, analytics, backups, security, and other operational functions. Contact Setup may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transfer. Contact Setup does not sell personal information for money.

The website uses a short-lived, same-site session cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The cookie is not intended for advertising. Hosting providers and server software may also create standard access and error logs.

Contact Setup's services are directed to businesses and adults. The website is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13.
