By using this website, submitting a form, or participating in the Contact Setup text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable feature.
2. About the public website
The website describes managed website development, hosting, maintenance, domain, form, email-forwarding, migration, and related technical services. Website descriptions and displayed prices are general information and invitations to request a scope. They do not create a paid service relationship or require Contact Setup to accept a project.
3. Your separate website-service agreement
A paid project begins only after you and Contact Setup approve the written project plan, sign the website-service agreement, and complete the required setup payment. If these public terms conflict with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls for that project.
4. Accuracy of information and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only materials you are authorized to use. You may not use the website to transmit malware, unlawful content, deceptive requests, harassment, automated spam, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Message purpose: inquiry responses, consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, onboarding instructions, project updates, approval requests, billing notices, payment links, hosting or domain notices, and support responses.
How users opt in
- Website form: A user enters a mobile number and affirmatively selects the separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox on a Contact Setup form.
- Keyword: A user may text START, YES, UNSTOP to 760-906-9006.
- Verbal consent: A user may give express permission during a telephone conversation after Contact Setup identifies the sender and explains the message subject.
- Inbound inquiry: A person who initiates a text may receive direct replies concerning that inquiry. Separate consent is obtained before unrelated or recurring messaging.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Most recipients receive no more than 10 messages per month, although an active project conversation may require additional replies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact Setup does not charge a separate fee for receiving its text messages.
Opting out and getting help

Consent and availability
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message delivery is subject to wireless-carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual property
The Contact Setup website, brand presentation, original copy, software, graphics, and documentation are owned by Contact Setup or used with permission. These public terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial services from Contact Setup materials. What remains yours in a paid website project is defined in your signed agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or integrate third-party providers such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment processors, maps, calendars, social networks, messaging providers, or websites built for customers. Contact Setup does not control their availability, policies, prices, security, or content.
8. No guaranteed business result
Contact Setup does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, leads, customer inquiries, sales, revenue, regulatory compliance, accessibility certification, or any particular commercial result from using this website or purchasing a service.
9. Disclaimer
The public website and its information are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contact Setup disclaims warranties not expressly included in your signed website-service agreement. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contact Setup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website or SMS program. Limitations applying to paid website work are stated in your signed agreement.
11. Changes and termination
Contact Setup may modify the public website, these terms, or the messaging program. The current terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Contact Setup may restrict access or stop messaging when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service changes.
12. Governing law
These public terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your signed website-service agreement may include more specific dispute and venue provisions.
