1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting a form, or participating in the Contact Setup text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable feature.
2. About the public website
The website describes one primary paid offer: a managed business website with hosting, SSL oversight, monitoring, backups, recovery, ordinary technical care, and limited routine factual changes. Website descriptions and displayed prices are general information and invitations to request a scope. They do not create a paid service relationship or require Contact Setup to accept a project.
Contact Setup does not publicly offer CRM implementation, call routing, customer-facing text campaigns, reminder systems, workflow automation, or custom software as part of the standard website product.
3. Your separate website-service agreement
A paid project begins only after you and Contact Setup approve the written project plan, sign the applicable service agreement, and complete the required setup payment. If these public terms conflict with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls for that project.
4. Accuracy of information and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only materials you are authorized to use. You may not use the website to transmit malware, unlawful content, deceptive requests, harassment, automated spam, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or content that infringes another person's rights.
5. Optional text messages about your website inquiry or service

Sender: Contact Setup, operated by Osvaldo Valdez, using 760-906-9006
Message purpose: informational and customer care messages about a Contact Setup website inquiry or active managed-website service, including scheduled calls, project updates, approvals, billing, hosting or domain notices, and support.
This SMS program is used only for communication between Contact Setup and a person who requested or is receiving the managed-website service. It is not a messaging, reminder, CRM, or automation product installed for client businesses.
How users opt in
- Website form: Visit contactsetup.com/sms/, enter your name and mobile number, review the complete disclosure, actively select the separate checkbox that is unchecked by default, and submit the form.
- SMS keyword: Text START, YES, UNSTOP to 760-906-9006. Contact Setup sends an automated confirmation identifying the program and explaining frequency, carrier rates, HELP, and STOP.
A phone number entered on a general project-inquiry form is not SMS consent. Contact Setup does not use verbal consent, paper forms, QR codes, purchased lists, or unsolicited cold texts as enrollment methods for this program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, generally up to 10 messages per month. An active project conversation may require additional replies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact Setup does not charge a separate fee for receiving its text messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, call 760-906-9006, or email hello@contactsetup.com.
Consent and availability
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message delivery is subject to wireless-carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except aggregators and providers needed to operate the text-messaging service. 6. Intellectual property
The Contact Setup website, brand presentation, original copy, software, graphics, and documentation are owned by Contact Setup or used with permission. These public terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial services from Contact Setup materials. What remains yours in a paid project is defined in your signed agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party providers such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment processors, maps, calendars, social networks, the SMS delivery provider used for Contact Setup service updates, or websites built for customers. Contact Setup does not control their availability, policies, prices, security, or content.
8. No guaranteed business result
Contact Setup does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, leads, customer inquiries, sales, revenue, regulatory compliance, accessibility certification, or any particular commercial result from using this website or purchasing a service.
9. Disclaimer
The public website and its information are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contact Setup disclaims warranties not expressly included in your signed service agreement. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contact Setup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website or SMS program. Limitations applying to paid work are stated in your signed agreement.
11. Changes and termination
Contact Setup may modify the public website, these terms, or the optional SMS program. The current terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Contact Setup may restrict access or stop optional text updates when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service changes.
12. Governing law
These public terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your signed service agreement may include more specific dispute and venue provisions.
