$499 setup + $55/month
You receive the scope, setup price, and monthly terms in writing. The standard setup fee is paid after you approve the agreement.
The $55 monthly service starts when the site goes live and continues month to month until you cancel under the agreement.
I do not start or bill a larger change, new page, or added feature until you approve the price.

I will tell you when a request falls outside the monthly plan and quote it separately.
ending the monthly service
The domain remains in your account. Once the build is paid for, you may request a copy of the live site and use it elsewhere.

I build lightweight custom sites instead. That means there is no theme, plugin stack, or page-builder dashboard for you to maintain.
The standard plan does not include a self-editing dashboard. Send routine changes directly to me. If you need to edit the site yourself, another platform may fit better.
Yes. The domain should be registered in your name. Your logo, photos, text, and business information remain yours. Once the build is paid for, you may keep using the finished site.
Yes. After any balance is paid, you can request a copy of the live site. I can also move it to hosting in your name for a quoted fee.
I start after you approve the written scope and agreement, pay the setup fee, and provide the material needed for the first version.
A small update is up to 30 minutes of work, such as changing hours, replacing a photo, editing service text, updating a link, or adding a short announcement. Unused time does not roll over.
No. The website includes sound page structure and basic search metadata, but rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed. Larger SEO work is a separate service.
Text messages are sent only after consent or as a direct reply to an inquiry. Messages may concern consultations, requested services, project updates, forms, approvals, billing, or support. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
