The domain stays yours, and the finished website can leave with you after the account is settled.
pricing and service questions
A builder is a good option if you want to design, edit, and maintain the site yourself. Contact Setup is for owners who would rather have the finished website and the technical care handled for them.
Managed hosting, SSL oversight, uptime and form-delivery monitoring, backups, rollback and recovery, ordinary technical repairs, and one accountable provider. It is managed care, not just rented server space.
Two routine factual content-change requests per year are included, each requiring no more than about 15 minutes. Additional changes are fixed-price small requests or quoted before work begins.
The standard product does not include a self-editing dashboard. If frequent self-editing is important to you, another platform will probably fit better.
One consolidated revision round is included. You review the complete preview, send one organized list, and I complete the agreed changes before final approval.
The domain should be registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar. Your supplied business materials remain yours. Once the build is paid for, you may keep using the finished website.
Yes. After any balance is paid, you may request a current copy of the live website. If you want help moving it to hosting in your name, that migration is quoted separately.
There is a real person responsible for the site, but routine requests stay organized through email or the request form. A call can be scheduled when a conversation is useful, and genuine service failures receive higher priority.
Routine requests are normally acknowledged within two business days, and approved small changes are usually scheduled within several business days. Ordinary evenings and weekends are not routine support hours.
A site that is unavailable, an SSL problem, or a primary inquiry form that is not functioning is treated as a technical service issue and receives higher priority. A wording, photo, layout, or new-feature request is not an outage.
The standard service is not for ecommerce, memberships, custom applications, complex databases, daily content changes, ongoing marketing campaigns, or unlimited revisions.
No. I make the website clear, functional, and dependable, but no provider can honestly guarantee rankings, inquiries, sales, or revenue.
see if the service fits
If customers mainly need to understand the business, call, or request an estimate, the standard managed website may be enough. Send the basics and I will tell you whether it fits.
