You make the business decisions. I organize the material, build the site, and take it through launch.
Review the scope and price
You receive the scope, setup price, monthly service details, and cancellation terms in writing.
Approve the work
For a standard project, you sign the agreement and pay the setup fee. I then collect any remaining material needed to build.
Private preview and review
I send you a private preview, test the links and form, and make the included revisions before launch.
Launch and monthly care
The monthly service begins when the site goes live. It covers hosting, backups, form checks, and the included routine update.

I begin once the required material is in.
You do not need a polished package before the first call. I will identify what is missing and organize what you send.
Photos and wording can be rough at first. I need the agreed material before I build the complete preview.

if you need more than the standard website
I will tell you when a request falls outside the plan.
The $55 monthly service covers the listed website care. Larger additions are separate work.
- If you need ecommerce or online ordering, it will be planned and quoted separately.
- If your customers need accounts or memberships, that requires a separate project plan.
- If you need a custom application or complex database, it requires a separate project plan.
- If you need an ongoing SEO or paid-advertising campaign, that is a separate service.
- If you need legal, privacy, or accessibility certification, you will need the appropriate professional review.
- If you need daily content changes, you will need a larger support plan.
- If you need unlimited revisions or support, the standard $55 plan will not be the right plan.
if you cancel later
Ending the plan does not erase the site.
The agreement explains the handoff before work begins.
- You give the cancellation notice required by the agreement.
- I confirm the end date and any unpaid balance.
- After payment, you may request a copy of the live website.
- If you want help moving it, I can set up hosting in your name and transfer the site for a quoted fee.
- After the move, you control that hosting account. Ongoing help is optional and separate.
