done-for-you websites and customer contact
A business website you do not have to manage.
I organize the information, build and launch the site, keep it working, and remain the person you call when something changes.
The goal is simple: people can find the business, understand what it offers, contact you, and receive a response.
Start with the website. Add call routing, texting, reminders, payment links, or lead workflows only when they are useful.

the service
You are paying to have the job handled.
A website builder gives you tools. Contact Setup gives you a working online front door and one person responsible for keeping it useful.
I organize the business information, build the site, connect the domain, test the contact path, and launch it.
As the business grows, calls, approved texting, reminders, payment links, or customer intake can be added without turning every client into a complicated software project.
start simple, expand only when useful
The website is the first part of the customer path.
Your online front door
People can find the business, understand what it offers, and know the next step to take.
The way customers reach you
Calls, forms, and approved text messaging can be connected so inquiries reach the right place and receive a response.
The process after contact
When the business needs more, intake, reminders, approvals, payment links, and reporting can be organized into a clear workflow.
from first call to ongoing care
One person understands the setup from the beginning.
you make the business decisions. I handle the implementation
I learn how customers reach you
We identify what people need to know, what questions they ask, and what action they should take next.
I build and connect the setup
I organize the content, build the site, connect the domain, test the contact path, and launch it.
I remain responsible for the website care
I monitor the ordinary technical pieces, keep backups, and handle the included routine change when you need it.
why the monthly plan matters
The website remains someone else's responsibility.
The information stays useful
Services, hours, links, contact details, and important changes do not have to sit outdated because no one wants to open the website builder.
The contact paths are checked
The website, certificate, and inquiry form are monitored so ordinary failures can be found and handled.
You have one direct contact
You do not have to explain the business and website again to a different support representative each time.
You add only what is useful
The standard website stays simple. Calls, texting, reminders, or workflows are added only when the business actually needs them.
you are not trapped
Your domain and business materials remain yours.
Once the build is paid for, you may keep using the finished site even if the monthly service ends. A copy can be provided, and a move to hosting in your name can be quoted if you want help with the transfer.
What stays yours
- your domain name and domain account
- your business name, logo, photos, and supplied content
- your customer submissions and business-specific data
- the right to keep using the completed website after it is paid for
What I handle while you are on the plan
- the website setup, secure hosting, and contact form
- routine technical maintenance and backups
- your included monthly content update
- direct help when the website or contact setup needs attention
before I start
You see the scope and price in writing.
I first confirm what the business needs. You approve the agreement, setup price, monthly care, and any optional contact tools before building begins.
questions I usually hear
Answers before you commit.
Why not use an AI website builder or a cheap website plan?
Those can be good choices when you want to build, edit, and manage the site yourself. Contact Setup is for owners who want the website completed and want one person responsible for keeping the important parts working.
What does the $55 monthly service actually cover?
It covers secure hosting, SSL, routine website and form checks, backups, ordinary recovery, direct support, and one small content update of up to 30 minutes each month.
Do I have to buy call routing or text messaging?
No. The standard website is the starting point. Customer-contact tools are added only when they solve a real need and are included in a separate written scope.
Can I edit the website myself?
The standard plan does not include a self-editing dashboard. Send routine changes directly to me. If frequent self-editing is important, another platform may fit better.
